In component status, SMS_Site_Compnent_Manager shows as Component Not Installed By Site Component Manager and we can't see SMS_Site_Component_Manager in services.msc windows.
To fix the above issue run the below command on which server component is missing.
Command:- sc create SMS_SITE_COMPONENT_MANAGER binpath= "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\bin\X64\sitecomp.exe" DisplayName= "SMS_SITE_COMPONENT_MANAGER" start= auto
Once the command is executed we can see component in services.msc and component status.
